We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, customer order errors, or delayed deliveries caused by third-party carriers. Please carefully review your order before checkout.
3. All Sales Are Final
PinnedUp does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. All sales are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect quantity, item, or variation ordered
- Delays or issues caused by shipping carriers
- Misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully and reach out to info@pinnedup.co with any questions before placing an order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in the event of shipping-related damage or incorrect fulfillment.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at info@pinnedup.co within 3 business days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement only. No refunds will be issued. Claims made after 3 business days from delivery will not be accepted.
5. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
To protect our small business from fraudulent activity:
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue are considered unauthorized. We will dispute them with full documentation (e.g., tracking information, order confirmations, and correspondence).
- Any customer found to be abusing the system (e.g., repeated claims, false disputes) may be banned from making future purchases.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all store policies, including this Terms of Service and our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Once an order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays or loss caused by the carrier. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
