Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with PinnedUp! Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a separate email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at info@pinnedup.co.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
- Double-check order details (item selection, quantities, address, etc.) before checkout.
- Track the package using the provided tracking number.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact your local post office or delivery provider in these cases.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is marked Delivered, we are no longer responsible for its location or retrieval.
- For stolen packages or mail theft, please file a claim with the delivery service and your local authorities.
- If your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@pinnedup.co within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage to the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
Claims received after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
Chargeback & Fraud Policy
- We document all orders with time-stamped records, shipping confirmations, and delivery tracking.
- Any unauthorized disputes or chargebacks will be challenged and submitted with full documentation.
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the chargeback process may result in being permanently banned from making future purchases.
