Thank you for shopping with PinnedUp. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or quantity ordered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Misuse or improper handling of items after delivery

We strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, we stand firmly behind the quality of our handmade products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@pinnedup.co within 3 business days of delivery.

To ensure your concern is addressed, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) received, including packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 3 business days will not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for damaged or incorrect items — replacements only.

Fraud Prevention & Dispute Policy

To protect our small business and maintain fairness for all customers:

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue are considered fraudulent and will be contested with full documentation, including proof of shipment and communication records.
  • We reserve the right to ban customers who abuse our policies or engage in deceptive practices.
  • By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
